Do I Have H1n1? How Do I Get Rid Of It?

I am getting pretty worried that I have H1N1!
My symptoms are:
-Coughing
-Stomach Ache
-Diarhea
-High Fever of 102.
-Dizziness
-Headaches
-Loss of appetite
-Tired all the time
Do I have it? And if you think so, how do I get rid of it? Also, will I die?
I feel so sick.

    You won’t die, you may have swine flu, you may just have flu.
    Ring a doctor, don’t go into the hospital/surgery.
    You can’t ged rid of it, just keep yourself warm and comfortable, and it will pass eventually.

    Don’t worry about dying, H1N1 rarely kills adults. I’d suggest seeing a doctor since you have a fever.
    Getting rid of H1N1 is the exact same as getting rid of any Flu, plenty of rest. I think Chicken noodle soup or other hot soups would be good to eat.
