H1n1 Vaccine In Austin, Tx *20 Characters*?

So I live in Austin, Tx and was wondering if anyone else on here does too and has heard of somewhere to get the H1N1 vaccine from. I have looked it up and found nothing. I am really wanting to get this vaccine. I don’t want to be lectured about not getting it because I am pregnant. I have talked to my doctor and went over any risks. In my opinion, it’s better to get the vaccine a little bit of the symptoms than get the actualy virus itself and get REAL sick. Anyone know of an Austin clinic that is doing the vaccines?!

If you are pregnant you can hound your OBGYN and they will let you know when they get it in. (I just got mine today and I called the office daily for 2 weeks, but I am in MA.).
They only got 100 doses and by the time I called this morning, there were only 10 doses available.

I’m pregnant and in Austin too. My OB (obgynnorth.com) has a blog that apparently they will update as soon as it comes in. You might want to monitor that. Don’t know if they’d give it to you if you aren’t a patient of theirs. They expected a batch to arrive a week and a half ago but so far nothing. My 3 year old was vaccinated at ADC, but with FluMist, which we can’t take. We leave Thursday to go to FL and I will be wearing a face mask on the plane! Good luck to both of us.

Your doctor should be the one to give you the shots, or you can ask him where to get it at.
or call your local drug store, alot of them have them their.
Walgreen’s have them, and sometimes wal-mart.

I’m in houston, tx and on my last visit, Oct. 1st, my OB told me that he would give it to me next visit. I would call the local hospital or ask your doctor! They should know!
