Honeymoon in Mauritius is a perfect option. In July, it is dry and cool ( not too hot). Please find additional information about the weather and seasons here:http://www.willgoto.com/1/003163/liens.a…
    About your questions:
    1. There is no problem, excepted if you or your husband has flu symptons. Mauritius Airport is just installing systems in order to to detect swine flu. The project is being funded by the World Health Organisation.
    2. As far as I know, there is no confirmed case in Mauritius, although some cases have been suspected.
However, I would add 2 points:
First, don’t expect that a touristic country (Mauritius or any other one) will alert everybody about possible cases. If any, they will just report it to WMO without too much publicity.
Second, risks are probably higher in plane than in the country.
    3. See first answer. Flu symptoms are more than being cold.
Now think a bit about your honeymoon in Mauritius:
About the flights, you may get best deals by visiting sites that compare instantly prices from different airlines . The most useful ones are listed here: http://www.willgoto.com/1/023798/liens.a…
As for sightseeing in Mauritius, hiring a taxi for a day or half a day is a quite common way to get around Mauritius. Taxis are waiting for you in the morning at each hotel. Taximen know most places of interest in Mauritius and may provide you with basic tourist information. Since you will bargain the price, you may first ask for price range at your hotel desk.
Main attractions in Mauritius include on the western side:
    - Pamplemousse gardens (worldwide kown),
    - Maison Eureka (creole),
    - Casela bird park (fauna and flora)
    - Cap Malheureux (landscape)
    - Chamarel (Colored Earths)
    - Le Morne (landscape)
    - several waterfalls
    - on the eastern side île aux Cerfs, 18 hole golf courses, Domaine du chasseur (park)
    - on the southern side : Crocodile and Tortoise Park
    and so on
As for underwater, there are various opportunities, including a small submarine in Trou aux biches or glass bottomed boats. Also cruise to Ile aux Cerfs.
With regards trekking, the main area is the Black river gorge park (South-West).
Also religious and cultural places : Tamil temples, Grand Bassin,..
    Shopping incl. jewels.

    Hi!
    Congrats for your marriage.
    I will be brief…
Well though it is winter here, it is sunny!
No case of swine flu here. We will not hide for publicity purposes, it will be harmful if we hide such cases. To confirm please go to this link if you do not trust me:http://www.islandcrisis.net/2009/04/swin…
    No problem of visa.
You just follow the normal procedures.

Mauritius is perfectly fine. Not one case of swine flu (H1N1),,, and the weather in winter is usually cold at the centre of the island while at the beaches, it’s still hot. But it can get rainy sometimes though
