Is There Anyone Who Has Or Had H1n1?

I would like to hear from people who has,had,or knows someone with the H1N1 virus. I would like to know the symptoms they experienced, the duration of sickness, and severity of the illness. I would really like to hear from parents who care for children that experience the virus.
My son is currently sick and we have a doctors appointment tomorrow. There have been a few cases of H1N1 in the area and well I am a concerned parent. He has a fever, slight cough, and a stuffy nose. His fever goes down with motrin then comes back up when it wears off. I would just like some information from people who dealt with it…..

    MY 3 year granddaughter has it the worst in our family, there are 6 of us with it now. we are all getting better now, but it was horrible on the baby. she just woke up screaming at 3am one morning, she kept screaming MY HEAD HURTS over and over, she had 104 temp. chills. and kept vomiting. after she vomited 3 or four times in a row she felt a little better. then she said that she heard birds or pigs or a weird sound in her ear. she was so zapped of energy that she just lay there no appetite. we took her to the er and they refused to see her, can you believe that? they said that her fever was down to 103 so take her home and give her childrens tylenol. and bring her in only if her temp reached 105.they said that they were not testing anyone for swine flu, because there are so many people with it and the test would take up to 3 days for the results. they said that it is 99% likely that it is swine flu because they had so many down with it, there were people in the waiting room coding while we were there. she has had it for weeks

    I had it.
    Symptoms,
    Cough
    FEVER
    Runny nose
    Sore throat
    Stuffy nose
    Some other flu related symptoms
    Lasted: 3-4 days
    Experience: yeah, I felt like crap for 3 days, then had a slight fever on the 4th, by the 5th day all symptoms were gone.( except for the cough, that lasted a couple more)

    My 14 year old is on her fourth day. The second was the worst with her temp getting to 104. I finally got it down by rotating Tylenol with ibuprofen every two hours.
    12:00 Tylenol
    2:00 Ibu
    4:00 Tylenol
    etc. She is MUCH better today. Good luck. I was pretty scared.

    Yesterday morning i had a high fever (39C), headache, and slight cough.
    The doctor prescribed me Tamiflu twice a day and advised me to take tylenol and advil alternating every 4 hours.
    I slept the entire day yesterday, drank water, took my meds.
    I could ingest nothing but porridge because I was nauseous.
    By the evening I was down to 37.5C and could eat some bread.
    This morning I wake up and I have no more fever.
    Only an occasional cough.
    However I will still be taking a couple of days off because i realize i’m still contagious.
    But Tamiflu really works fast. I don’t know if that’s what made me nauseous, because i heard a lot of people feel ill from taking it, but it did work really well on me.
    I normally recover from a flu within 2 days without medication.

    I apologize for this, but I have a need to inform you … I can’t know if these are all true … each person has to come to their own conclusions. Mine are that I, and none of my family will get a swine vaccine, AND if we should happen to get this PANDEMIC, then I’m sure it will pass over quickly. This, in my opinion, is a big hoax to lure America into a National Health Care, among other sinister reasons. I no longer trust the government, and whether you like Obama or were for Bush, it just really doesn’t matter.
