My hubby was just told last night at the hospital that he has the swine flu more then likely. Im already feeling ill, and I have an 8 month old son, so chances are if its the h1n1 he’ll get it because hes only had the seasonal flu vaccine. Have any of your babies or really young ones had it yet? What are the symptoms in babies to watch out for? How did they handle it and how long did it last in them?

Do I Have The Swine Flu/h1n1?
Give me a rundown on the symptoms and I’ll tell you what’s been happening to me:
-My temperature hit 103 degrees (F)
-I’ve had major chills when it really isn’t that cold
-I’ve had a semi-soar throat
-The past couple of days I’ve woke up extremely dizzy and dazed
-When i cough, I have small pain in my throat
But I feel fine, honest. That’s why I doubt them all. but I have asthma and also haven’t gotten my flu shot or my H1N1 shot. If I really do have it… the f-bomb can’t even describe how screwed I am. I’m but a teenager, so notifying the doctor would be difficult. And my parents, on the other hand, are dumb as

How Many Moms Have Gotten The H1n1 Vaccine For Themselves/their Children?
was wondering,despite my adamance in NOT getting the H1N1 shot for my kids,how many parents have? I’m going to say now-I’m caving,because we had to take my daughter (who’s six and in first grade) to the ER Thursday because she had “flu like symptoms” (Called the nurseline,they told me to bring her in) and a fever. She’s six. Luckily,she got checked out and has strep thraot and NOT swine flu,but I’d like to avoid that,and it’s a LOT worse than I thought it was going to get (how many people are getting it/have it) So I’m calling Monday to see about the vaccine for her,myself,and my husband. All because we have a 12 week old little boy,and the chances he’s more high risk for it,and could die easier from it. Does this make sense to anyone? Has anyone gotten the vaccines for themselves/kids,and what all effects have/are you seeing? I’m just curious,before I go jumping into something like this. I was just wondering,because we think we are all 3 going to get it now. It’s strange how one little event can make you jump so quickly to do something you were adamant about NOT doing.
Before someone says anything,it’s made like all vaccinations-EVERY VACCINATION MADE has a mostly dead strain of the virus in it. Research it. I say this b/c I’ve asked this in a few sections,because it’s something I’m really wondering. I know that it’s made like all vaccines,with a mostly dead strain of a virus. I know the risk of both. It’s a damned if you do and damned if you don’t situation as a parent. They are running short on tamiflu (the treatment for swine flu) in a lot of areas,which is what’s making me think of doing it this way.

Do You Think I Have The H1n1 Flu?
At first I was sure I just had a cold and wouldn’t even let my mom take my temperature. But I just did a bit ago because I was having strange, upsetting dreams during the day (I fell asleep reading Twilight), and kept alternating from feeling sweaty and hot and chilled. It was 100.4. Here are my symptoms:
1. Sore throat
2. Bad cough
3. Really bad aches, particularly in my legs as if I’ve run for miles
4. Slight headache, especially when I move my head
5. Hot and sweaty alternating with chills
6. Very tired
I really don’t want to have the H1N1, since I have so much going on this weekend and this week, but I think I may just be a bit in denial….haha. If you think I do, how long does it normally last and should I go to the doctor or just ride it out?

Do I Have The Flu/h1n1?
Today I woke up and I felt sick. I have a cough, a runny nose, a sore throat, a headache, fatigue, and I’m dizzy. I Googled the symptoms and they include vomiting/diarrhea, but so far I haven’t had any of that. Are those necessary in having the flu/H1N1? I also checked my temperature just a few minutes ago and it was 100.4. I’m not one of those people that’s scared of Swine flu, actually I’d like to have it for bragging rights 
So is it possible that I have Swine or just the regular flu?

Okay so yesterday was Halloween I felt fine! now I woke up in the morning and felt like crap!!
I searched online for the symptoms but i’m not sure if I have it..
I have a dry cough
my hands can’t stop shaking
im freezing!
I have a fever of 101.6
my ears are killing me
I have a big headache
I have some joint pains in my upper arm
Please answer this and I don’t want, go to the doctors…
I am going next week, I just want too know if I by any chance have H1N1

Do I Have The H1n1 Flu?
Hi,
I am a 29 year old healthy female. I get a flu or a cold once or twice a year only. Usually, when I have a flu, it is accompanied by an earache. Rarely, I get ear infections (4 times in my lifetime).
I have been feeling sick for two days now. I have a sore throat and my tonsils feel like they’re swollen. It hurts to swallow. I have an earache. I have a stuffed nose. I sneeze a few times a day but don’t have a cough. I feel weak. In addition, my whole body aches. No other symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhea. I have a fever of 99.5. I know that’s not too high.
Luckily, I have a good health insurance plan (PPO) and can see any doctor of my choice without a referral. I called my nearest hospital and spoke with a triage nurse who said they don’t offer treatment for this flu and even if I have it I just need to “wait it out” and it will go away on its own. I advised her I have to go to work. She said I will be fine because my fever isn’t high enough. She said that if I was to come in, a doctor would probably send me home anyway since there is no treatment for flu. The media says otherwise but what could I say? I can’t see my family physician on such a short notice since he is always overbooked. I don’t know what to do.
I am a manager at a bank and can’t miss work unless I am extremely sick. I don’t have anyone to cover me on such a short notice.
We don’t have a 24 hour hotline for the H1N1 Flu here in California.
Any feedback you have will be appreciated.

Do I Have H1n1………………?
hi, i’m 13, and live in Canada, yesterday i started to feel weak, then i got a fever and started to feel noxious, however, i took some children’s medicine, and i’m above of the medicine’s age and weight range, but despite that, it still got rid of all my symptoms for 6 hours, this is what makes me doubt that i have it, also i’ve been getting lots of rest and I don’t feel like I have the flu/H1N1, i’m scared, but not scared at the same time, someone please answer my question!

Could It Be Likely That I Have H1n1?
day one: very tired with an annoying little Head ache in the evening.
2: super tired very bad head ache that made me Dizzy
3: head still hurts but now i have a bad cough and nasal congestion,
4: i’m getting worried, i woke up very achy with still all the former symptoms. decided not to go to school
thinking about going to the dr. to check for H1N1 do you Dr.s out there think that it is likely that i have H1N1?
