Ok i have a mild sore throat, which doesnt really feel bad and is mainly dry and i am running a mild fever (100.4). I do not have any other symptoms besides these. I also feel physically fine. Is this serious like swine flu or just a mild seasonal sore throat.

could this be swine flu or amoeba? symptoms of amoeba and swine flu are kinda alike, btw i have no fever, and very active.
