Okay, so I’ve been sick for 4-5 days now. I’ve had the regular flu before but it’s never been this bad. I already went to my doctor and I’m being tested for the H1N1 but my results won’t get back for approx. another 6 days. So I’m just wondering, what’s your take on my sickness. Regular flu or not? So my symptoms are aches and pains, headaches, stomach aches, fatigue, really bad cough, stuffy/runny nose, sore throat, really bad chills, and I think that’s it. There’s nothing else I can think of right now, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did I Get H1n1? Or Regular Season Flu? Confused!!! Please Help?
So 4 weeks ago I got my regular season flu shot… I was gonna get my H1N1 shot tomorrow, but over the weekend I came down with flu like symptoms and was diagnosed with “Influenza A”, doctor assumed it was H1N1 since I got my flu shot for seasonal already. But instead of being sick like a dog for 2 weeks like my friends with H1N1, I recovered in 2 days!!! (Thank God!!)
I heard that if you got the seasonal flu shot, you can still get sick with the seasonal flu, but a minor version (like the one I had) of the flu. What do you guys think? How can I know for sure?
I am asking because I am wondering if I should still go ahead with the H1N1 vaccine now that I got this flu… THANKS!!

Do I Have The Regular Flu Or H1n1 And What Can I Do To Get Better Faster(see Details)?
This is my secound day sick, I’m light-headed but not really dizzy, have a fever that’s varied from almost 101 to almost 100. My nose isn’t runny or stuffy and I have the occasional painful cough (that produces a little muckus). I felt kinda weak yesterday but not today, just tiredness. The day before I got sick I hiked a mountain and got quite a bit more exercise than usual. My younger brother had the same symptoms recently. I got the H1N1 vaccine a couple weeks ago, I’m not sure exactuly how long. Any ideas on what I have or how I can get better faster?

Do I Have The H1n1 Flu? Having Appendicitis Or Just A Regular Flu?
Hi my normal temperature is 35.9 and 36.1 degrees Celsius. The day before yesterday I had this kind of sore throat and coughing my body temperature was still normal. Yesterday I checked my temperature and it was 37.1 and 36.8 degrees Celsius. Today I checked my temperature it was 38.1 and 38.6 degrees Celsius and that’s close to 39 degrees Celsius.
Today my whole body hurts like hell I don’t know if its the muscle pain that the symptoms of the H1N1 or just having muscle pain from martial arts yesterday (Capoeira) or just bed sores. My lower right part of my body which is where the appendix is located hurts as well as my back and the bones in my hip.

Do I Have The H1n1 Or Regular Flu?
I’m in an area where H1N1 cases have been spotted, and I currently have typical flu like symptoms. I have a sore throat, bad coughing, 100 degree fever, headache and nasal congestion. Nothing severe like vomiting or diarrhea, and no body pains. My symptoms seem to be on the rise as well. Is there any way to distinguish between seasonal flu and h1n1?

Can I Still Get The H1n1 Vaccine If I Already Have A Head Cold Or The Regular Flu?
I am sick today, but I think it’s just a head cold because I have NO fever, no nausea, or other symptoms of swine flu, however I am severely stuffed up with a runny nose. The only day to get the vaccine is today, so will they let me get it or not?

Wondering If The Regular Flu Shot Will Help Minimize Swine Flu Symptoms?
As there are many questions arising about the swine flu, the regular flu and all of the vaccinations, a lot of us have been curious about something. Has anyone out there who HAD the swine flu or currently has the swine flu received a regular influenza vaccine prior to getting sick with the H1N1 virus? Thank you for your input. Question About The Flu??? (h1n1 And Regular)?
i think i might be getting the flu. i had it when i was younger. I don’t remember it much though. But Every once in a while i feel fine, then sickly/unusual/different, then fine again, then different etc….
is this normal??
Do i maybe not have the flu??
By the way i DON’T HAVE ALL of the symptoms but i do have:
(out of the H1N1 symptoms)
•unusual tiredness, (ALL DAY)
•headache, (ALL DAY to the point where its hard for me to concentrate)
•loss of appetite
•aching muscles, (ALL DAY)
(out of ‘normal’ flu symptoms)
◦cough (only in the morning)
◦runny or stuffy nose (stuffy but only every once in a while)
•headache (ALL DAY)
•muscle aches, (ALL DAY)
•fatigue, sometimes extreme.(ALL DAY but NOT EXTREME)

if i dont have the flu what do you think is wrong???

Sick. Here’s My Symptoms. Do I Have The Regular Flu Or H1n1?
I woke up this morning with a fever of 102.6 and a horrible headache. I took two ibuprofen and went to sleep. 4 hours later I woke up and my headache was gone but my temperature was now 103.0. But I’m not throwing up and don’t have an upset stomach.
-High fever.
-Back hurts.
-Neck hurts.
-Headache.
-Arms and legs hurt.
-Sinus congestion.
-Coughing.
-Fatigue.
Does it sound like I have the flu or H1N1 even though I’m not vomiting or my stomach’s not hurting?
